Rental Conditions

Booking Deposit:  On receipt of a booking request, and presuming that that would be after we have quoted you a price for your stay, we will hold the requested dates for 14 days pending receipt of your booking deposit.  The Booking Deposit will be 25% of the Total Rental and we will take payment of this deposit as your acceptance of our rental conditions.

 The Balance of payment will be due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Security Deposit:
  There is a breakages deposit of 150€ (or £150) payable in cash  on arrival. This will  be returned usually as you leave or within 30 days if the cost of any special repairs, replacements or special cleaning has to be deducted ( …..  and don’t worry, that does not include the odd glass  or plate breakage or light bulbs!)

Cancellation Refunds:
If you have to cancel….. …  8 weeks or more before the start of the holiday – there will be no cancellation charge and your deposit will be returned in full. From 8 weeks and less before the start of the holiday, the proportion of  your deposit returned could be dependent upon our re-letting the apartment and any costs incurred of additional advertising  and promotions.

 The Total Rental includes electricity and hot water, bed linen and towels.

Not included:
Any additional overnight visitors must be agreed with us before they arrive and will be charged at the daily rate per night. We hope that you will leave the apartment as you find it; if substantial cleaning is necessary we will deduct 50€ (or £50) from your security deposit.

 We love our pets and will be happy to welcome yours as follows….. Please tell us about them before you arrive. Dogs, only up to 20kgs please and socialised with other dogs. Cats, just bear in mind that we have 2 dogs and 3 cats ourselves. Remember we will be holding your 150€/£150 deposit against damages!

Your Arrival and Departure Times:
  Arrivals normally from 4 pm on-wards and until 7pm ( …..later by prior arrangement please.)   Departures by 10 am…..

  Rental payments should be by bank transfer (normally free between English banks)
